vacuum_cost_page_miss

A configuration parameter representing the vacuum cost for a page not found in the buffer cache

vacuum_cost_page_miss is a configuration parameter representing the estimated cost for vacuuming a buffer that has to be read from disk (i.e. is not in the shared buffer cache).

vacuum_cost_page_miss was added in PostgreSQL 8.0.
