DROP LANGUAGE

An SQL command for removing a procedural language

DROP LANGUAGE is a DDL command for removing a procedural language.

DROP LANGUAGE was added in PostgreSQL 6.3.

Usage

Normally procedutal languages are created as an extension. Therefore DROP LANGUAGE is not usually executed directly by a client, but implicitly when the extension is dropped.
